The agency
Half engineers,half artists.
TWENTYONE exists because the two halves of a digital product are almost never built by people who talk to each other. Here they sit in the same room.
Engineers & artists
Two crafts, one deadline.
Most digital work is handed between an agency that designs it and a shop that builds it. The gap between the two is where the ambition quietly leaks out — a layout that was never buildable, a build that was never art directed.
We removed the handover. The person shooting the product and the person writing the component sit on the same project from the first sketch, so the grid the photograph is composed for is the grid the code actually renders.
Since then we have shipped platforms, stores and applications across eleven countries — never many at once, and never two built the same way.

Methodology
Tailor-made, and clean underneath. A product should be as pleasant to inherit as it is to look at — because one day someone else will open it, and that day is the real test of the work.
Tailor-made
We take on a small number of builds each year, and none of them start from someone else's theme.
Clean code
Readable, typed and documented. You own it outright, and any competent team can pick it up without us.
One roof
Engineers and artists in the same agency, on the same project, from the first sketch to the last deploy.
01
The briefing
Two weeks inside your business, your numbers and the systems you already run — before a single line is written.
02
The blueprint
One document: the architecture, the stack, the visual direction, and what each decision is expected to return.
03
The build
Shipped in phases against a real staging environment, so value arrives long before the final invoice.
04
The handover
Documentation, a walkthrough and the keys. We stay on retainer only if you want us to, never because you are stuck.
The people
Developers, directors, analysts.
Founder & Technical Direction
Panagiotis A.
Twenty years between architecture reviews and edit suites. Decides what gets built, and what gets refused.
Lead Engineer
Nikos T.
Writes the kind of code the next developer can read. Allergic to dependencies that solve a problem you do not have.
Director of Photography
Ilias M.
Shoots products the way others shoot portraits — patiently, and only in the light that flatters them.
Performance & Analytics
Katerina R.
Reads acquisition data the way a sommelier reads a label. Unimpressed by traffic that does not convert.
Initiate the blueprint
Come and meet the agency.
We prefer a conversation to a proposal deck. Tell us what you are building and we will tell you what we would do first.
