This site is operated by TWENTYONE WEST COAST TRVL STORIES SINGLE MEMBER P.C. ("TWENTYONE", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Greece and registered in the General Commercial Registry. Its full registration details are set out at the foot of this page.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

They cover the website and nothing else. A project we build for a client is governed by the proposal and the services agreement signed for that project — scope, price, milestones, intellectual property, warranties, confidentiality and support all live there. Where a signed agreement says something different from these terms, the signed agreement wins for that client and that project.

The pages on this site describe what we do and what we have built. They are information, not a binding offer, and not technical, legal or commercial advice for your situation.

A price or a timeline becomes binding only in a written proposal issued to you and signed by both sides. Figures, benchmarks, indicative timelines and case descriptions on the site are illustrations of past work; they are not a promise of the same result for another brief.

You may read, link to, quote and share what is published here. You may not:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• attempt to gain access to any part of the site, its server or its infrastructure that is not made public — or probe, scan or test it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• interfere with the site's availability, including by automated requests at a volume that degrades it for other people;
• strip, obscure or falsify attribution, bylines or credits on anything published here;
• reproduce a substantial part of the site — its text, its photography, its film or its code — as your own or as part of a competing offering.

Automated reading is welcome within those limits. This site publishes llms.txt and a full-text edition for exactly that purpose, and a model or an assistant may quote from them provided the quotation is attributed to TWENTYONE and links back to the page it came from.

If you believe you have found a security flaw, tell us at hello@twenty-one.co before you tell anyone else. We will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith, acts only to the extent needed to demonstrate the issue, and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it.

Everything on this site — the text, the design, the wordmark, the photography, the film, the source code and the arrangement of all of it — belongs to TWENTYONE or to the people who licensed it to us, and is protected by Greek and international copyright law. The client names and marks shown are the property of their owners and appear as a record of work delivered, not as an endorsement.

Short quotation with attribution and a link is permitted, as set out above. Anything beyond that needs our written permission first.

When you send a briefing through the contact form, you give us permission to read it, store it and use it to prepare a reply and, if it goes that way, a proposal. We do not publish briefings, sell them, or share them outside the people here who need to read them.

Until a confidentiality agreement is signed, though, a briefing is not legally confidential material, so please do not send anything you cannot afford to have read outside an NDA — and do not send credentials, other people's personal data, or material you are not free to disclose. Ask us for an NDA first; we sign them routinely and quickly.

You confirm that what you send is yours to send, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

We maintain this site carefully, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of error. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may take it down for maintenance, without notice and without liability.

Where we link out — to a client's site, a repository, a social profile or a piece of documentation — we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by Greek law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from the use of, or the inability to use, this site — including lost profit, lost business, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss — and we give no warranty that the content is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited: fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory right a consumer has that cannot be excluded.

Nothing here affects your mandatory rights under Greek consumer law. Complaints can be sent to us directly at the address below, and consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these terms as the site or the law changes. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it was last touched. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of the use of this site, are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction. A consumer resident in another EU member state keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of their own country and may bring proceedings there.
